North Arlington EMTs win First Contract as all of North Arlington OPEIU Local 32 ratifies New Contract!

Welcome North Arlington EMTs to OPEIU! North Arlington OPEIU Local 32 members have unanimously ratified a new 3 year contract through 2027. In this contract we’ve won over a 15% cumulative raise with 7.5% in the first year, equality for dispatchers and white collar on sick leave, and EMTs have been added to all provisions and benefits of the contract after unionizing with OPEIU earlier this year.

The agreements amending the contract have been attached to the existing contracts and uploaded to our website for both units. Some time next year the amendments will be integrated into the contracts for ease of use.
